We sell leather and leather-related products. Colors, textures, and finishes may slightly vary due to screen differences and natural leather variations. Every product description, price, and availability can change without notice.

All prices are listed in INR (or your currency). We accept online payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, etc. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to any error, we have the right to cancel the order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp. Shipping time may vary based on location, holidays, or courier delays. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by courier companies.

Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• Wrong product received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Leather products may develop natural marks or changes over time — this is not considered a defect. Warranty is provided only against manufacturing defects, not against misuse, water damage, or regular wear & tear.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. We are not liable for any activity done through your account due to your negligence.

We use third-party payment gateways and shipping partners. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, but we will assist you as needed.
